Theremin & Voice
With loops and a variety of sound effects, Carolina develops whole choirs and extends the theremin's color palette. By singing without lyrics, voice and theremin often merge symbiotically and can no longer be distinguished from each other. The voice gives the theremin something human, the theremin her voice something unapproachable. The style of the music varies between jazz, contemporary and experimental. While many parts are composed, there is always space for improvisations.
